We offer FREE tracked shipping within the USA, Canada.

Free Local pick up in the Birmingham Alabama, area.

International shipping to other destinations is subjected to a flat rate of $4.99.

Orders are processed within the following business hours:

  • Monday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 2:30 PM

Local pick up hours: Monday to Saturday 10AM – 7:30PM

Estimated delivery time varies by location and can be longer than 10 days due to high demand and current COVID-19 measures.

Our processing time frame may vary between 3 to 5 business days.

These are our estimates:

  • USA: between 5 to 14 business days.
  • Canada: between 10 to 15 business days.
  • UK/Ireland: between 7 to 20 business days.
  • Australia / New Zealand: between 5 to 20 business days.
  • Others: 10 to 40 Days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 75 business hours to allow you to track your shipment. Email notifications will also be sent for the same purpose.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier unless Shipping Protection has been added at checkout for all orders under $500.

SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout for a fixed fee and complimentary on all orders above $500, to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Orders that include Shipping Protection are eligible for replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier.

Orders under $500 placed without Shipping Protection are not eligible for replacement or refund once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

All claims are handled directly by IcedOut Kings in coordination with our shipping insurance partners. Customers are not required to contact carriers or insurance providers directly.

Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, including returns or exchanges.

Our coverage will protect your package from loss, theft and damage during transit. The coverage starts when the shipment is handed over to the carrier, and ends upon delivery when the package is left at the correct destination, or signed by the recipient.

It is important to note that if the package is stolen before being in transit, or after being delivered, it won’t be covered by the shipment insurance.
