Returns are accepted at the charge of the customers. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start a return via your customer account, after loging in.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the returns instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer will be requested to ship back their return within 7 days of requesting their return. Past this window, no return/refund will be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- Refund to the original payment method: Payment processor fees $4.99 will be subtracted from the total refund per order
- Refund to store credit - No Fees
Store credit coupon code without expiration date.
Express shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a coupon code as store credit which will be emailed to you. Should you lose the coupon code, please email us to get it again.
Chargebacks Policy:
You agree to not dispute any charges at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made to your account in connection with a purchase made through this website, you agree to immediately cancel/withdraw such a dispute.
You understand that disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this agreement and you agree to not do so. You are responsible for any fees, including attorney’s fees, associated with recouping payment on disputes and any collection fees associated with such an event.
